4.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits into your 555vip account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment method is registered to a person other than the account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in the funds being returned and the account being reviewed for potential suspension.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be fully satisfied before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one (1) business day for Philippine e-wallet methods and within three (3) business days for bank transfer methods
• USDT withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) business day subject to blockchain network conditions

5Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

555vip offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms as well as any specific terms and conditions attached to each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your 555vip account are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion terms. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement for 555vip welcome bonuses is thirty-five times (35x) the bonus amount. Only real-money wagers placed on eligible games contribute to wagering requirement fulfillment. Free spins winnings are subject to the same wagering requirements as standard bonus funds unless otherwise specified.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Where bonus abuse is identified, 555vip reserves the right to void the bonus and all associated winnings and to suspend or permanently close the account.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, all bonuses and free spins issued by 555vip expire thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Expired bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are automatically forfeited. 555vip is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry.

6Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Availability

The availability of specific games may vary by player location, device type, and account status. 555vip reserves the right to add, remove, or modify games in its catalog at any time without prior notice. The temporary or permanent unavailability of a game does not entitle you to any compensation.

6.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, the general rule applicable at 555vip is that malfunction voids all pays and plays. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical error, the wager placed on that round will be returned to your account balance. Winnings derived from or affected by a verifiable technical malfunction may be voided at 555vip's discretion, regardless of whether such winnings have already been credited to your account.

6.3 Bet Limits

7Prohibited Conduct

8Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 555vip platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. 9Limitation of Liability

12Termination

Upon termination for cause, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited where a material breach of these Terms is substantiated.

12.2 Termination by Player

You may request closure of your 555vip account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to processing an account closure, 555vip will verify your identity and ensure all pending transactions are resolved. Any remaining real-money balance in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to you via your most recently used withdrawal method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements.

13Governing Law
